Carlo Rouse is a professional music composer/arranger, who has worked in the music industry for over 30yrs. Born in  1981, in a small town called Washington North Carolina, he was influenced by the musical talents that surrounded him. At the age of 3, he began to take Interest in the music.  After seeing a performance by his father’s band, he knew that he wanted to be a bassist. His father started teaching him the notes on the electric bass at the age of 6. Coming from an era of the sounds of Motown music, he found the electric bass to be a natural instrument for himself. After graduating high school, he continued his studies in music at Berklee College Of Music, where he holds a BA. He continues to touch people across the globe with his extraordinary musical arrangements.
